About our medical and health care

Occupational medical assessments are basic health assessments of your employees and they ensure that your employees are fit for their appointed responsibilities.
Occupational medical assessments are carried out to ensure workers are fit for duty in a specific environment. They are there to detect if the environment is harming your employees’ health.

We conduct various medical examinations so as to ascertain the fitness levels and health conditions of both workers and work seekers.

The South African law requires that employees are physically fit and able to perform and fulfill their positions of employment. Employers on the other hand have to ensure that their workers are provided with a work environment conducive to good health.

About Us

Elixir Medicals is a health facility specializing in workplace health and safety. We assist companies to adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act by offering medical screening to company employees in order to ascertain their fitness levels to work.

We are a Level 1 BEE contributor and our objective is for companies to comply with the OHS regulations and promote staff wellness by performing medical assessments on and off site.

Opening Hours

We will gladly offer our medical screening at the employer’s work site as long as the minimum (10) employee participation requirements are met. Overtime rates apply for holidays, after hours and week-ends.
